• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
• Rental Vehicle Usage: The rented vehicles are to be used exclusively for the designated trip itinerary. Any additional use will incur extra charges.
• Driver Responsibilities: Vehicles rented with drivers are to be operated solely by the assigned driver. Self-driving is not permitted unless specified.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Vehicle Condition: The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as at the time of rental. Any damages will be charged to the renter.
• Safety Compliance: Customers must adhere to all local traffic rules and regulations. Any violation will be the responsibility of the renter.
• Fuel Policy: The rental includes a full tank of fuel. It is expected that the vehicle will be returned with the same amount of fuel. Any difference will be charged accordingly.
• Trip Amendments: Any changes to the trip itinerary must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to departure. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
